I was pretty sad when I got into an accident that wasn't my fault, especially since I drive like a grandma taking baked goods to church. I was stressed not having a car, grumpy with all the paperwork my insurance company made me read, and I was making dad noises due to my injured back. After calling around to friends and family, Cascade was the only place recommended to me. I got my car there, signed some paperwork and they handled everything else. I've always been a difficult customer but the office staff was polite and answered every question I had.
