As a woman, I've often felt overlooked or taken advantage of at other shops/dealerships, but CCM treats everyone with the same level of professionalism and respect.
I thought it would be a stressful experience, but Alex and Lee are consummate professionals.
Great customer service
I came in for an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation.
The other places wanted me to leave my car for the day or Schedule an appointment for another day nobody could take me same day.
They have incredible customer service that’s only gotten better over the years, if that’s even possible!
Repaired my car after a major accident and went above and beyond to help me through some insurance woes.
Good place!
At first it, I will admit, it was very pricey, but Lee & Alex are very reasonable guys that are willing to work with you and give fair pricing & plans for your budget.
They have dealt with me with high integrity and I recommend this shop for anything you may need for your vehicles
