Not only did the people at certified automotive keep me informed of every step and every cost along the way to a full repair, they also told me everything else that needed fixed with my vehicle and helped me prioritize which repairs were more critical. Finally, he was gracious enough to provide me a ride home (while awaiting diagnostics) and also waive the diagnostic fee in this instance which definitely helped with the pain of a broken car.
I had them also do an AWD transmission case fluid exchange and the rear differential fluid exchange as well.
