My SUV was returned in about a week… expertly repaired, beautifully cleaned up and looking shiny & new like the day I bought it!!!
I even received a message from Phil about a safety concern regarding my tire which was unrelated to their job scope but he provided tips on how to handle the situation since i should be under warranty with Mercedes - talk about an entire team who truly cares about their customers!
