I have been frequenting Chico Car Care ever since I bought my 2014 Toyota Tacoma last year (Summer 2021). Recommended by a trusted friend who also drives a Tacoma, I decided to book my first oil change & service with Chico Car Care. They were able to get me an appointment within a very reasonable timeframe (~1 week). They provided excellent service, diligent workmanship, and a very well detailed diagnosis of my truck's health. Can you say a truck's “health? ” Sounds weird, right? Regardless, I was provided a print ou along with photos that are accessible online, of each recommended line item to service, organized by priority (low/med/high). I really appreciate the quality of service and the level of detail they provide. I know my truck is safe when I bring her to Chico Car Care....
