I rarely write reviews but I had the best experience at Clay! I was introduced to Clay via my insurance company after a small accident. I dropped my car off to Clay for a couple of weeks to get fixed. They were so communicative the whole time, I called a couple times each week and they were so nice and friendly every time I called. I felt compelled to leave a review after the outstanding customer service, patience and detail they gave me throughout the time my car was there.
After taking my car to the dealership to have them look at some body work, I then took it to Clay and Sergio walked me through all of the options, which included several significantly cheaper options.
I had a police report filed for the incident and later took the car to Clay's Auto Body hoping that they could at least get the door opening properly for less than my car insurance's $500 dedcutible.
When I came to Clay Auto Body and met with Mark I was treated with respect and honesty and i had impression that I know Mark for long time, despite we never met before.
As a first time car owner I know very little and was so grateful for straightforward help with no nonsense!
So helpful &were ahead of original schedule for my car’s repair.
Got hit by an Eversource vehicle and their insurance company tried to low ball the estimate - Clay auto body provided a much more accurate statement and was also really helpful in dealing with the insurance company.
They took care of my car (small frontal accident), did it quickly, and it looks like new.
