This is a super nice and friendly automotive shop that helps you through the process of what it takes to get your car back to a safe a working condition they don't take short cut.
When I wrecked my suv, and had no clue how to go about dealing with the insurance company, they walked me through every single step.
Would highly recommend to anybody looking for their car to be restored to brand new quality.
Although the circumstances under which I found them were unfortunate, I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with.
My only regret is that I didn't follow his advice to keep the car with Coachworks until I received a fair offer, because as soon as Progressive got my totaled Jeep into their lot, they were able to play their games and had no urgency to get me a fair offer.
The location was far from my home but I didn’t mind at all because they were getting things done and kept the ball rolling.
My insurance was pushing back on what work needed to be done and the mechanic suggested I work with Coach Works Auto Body as they are more experienced in working with insurance companies.
Not me, my car was in perfect shape and paid top dollar for it, only to be totalled by insurance company leaving me at a huge loss and no car.
Matt was awesome , explained everything , went over the damage in great detail and explained the process a few times to my daughter and I.
I’ve never had better customer service for an auto repair!!!
