**UPDATE** - 3 Years later, the RAM 3500 HD Turbo Diesel that Jim repaired was just sold, and everything he did got inspected and passed with flying colors.
He was genuinely concerned and explained that it would not fix the problem and those transmissions are bad which I always knew they where but that's all mom's could get at the time.
Did a great job and understood the importance of getting by vehicle running right and back on the road so I could continue my work to make money.
