My truck broke down in N.C. I was hoping for a quick fix but once towed to CTR the knowledgeable guys there informed me my that my transmission had fallen off and gave me a detailed description and quote for the extensive repairs my truck needed. I called around for pricing and to my surprise CTRs quote was very competitive so we agreed on a completion date that was very quick even during the holiday season. The truck was ready to pick up only one day after we originally agreed on and the invoice was less then quoted. Very happy with the service I received and highly recommended this shop, fair and knowledgeable techs here.
