Great communications with me letting me know how things are going
My husband and I were stuck on the side of the road due to our back brakes locking up and we were towing a trailer.
They ended up transporting me and my car home safely since there wasn't a tire shop open that evening.
Wanda and team were amazing son in law was traveling from Alabama to Washington had a blow out at a gas station they were there 35 minutes after I called them and changed his tire and had my son follow them to the les schwab so he could get the tire replaced.
Refreshing as the service was outstanding, a real pro.

Also understood sense of urgency and went above and beyond to help a stranded mother/daughter out.
Cullen’s was there within an hour and with an enclosed trailer to put my bike in to ensure it didn’t get hit by debris from passing trucks.
If I need another tow truck I can only hope they are as professional as the service I received from Cullen’s.
Tom came out as quickly as he could even though it was early morning on a holiday, changed the flat, and jumped my battery as well.
