Garrett and company have worked on our two German made cars for over 20 years. Recently I asks them to replace the auxiliary battery in my Volvo. They did replace the battery but could not get it to recalibrate. They only charged me for the battery and no labor. I told them that they had some time involved in putting the battery in and I owed something for labor. They wouldn't take any. I have only had great experiences with Dan's, Garrett and Keith in my 20 years of having them service my cars. They are fair, prompt and the quality of service is exceptional. This is evident by taking on a car not of German design trying to help a client and it costing them time and money. I will always contact them first for service on any car I own.
