Very professional, friendly, and honest, they will tell you exactly what it's wrong with your car, I don't know much about cars but they where very patient and make sure I understood everything that needs to be done....
They quickly addressed a battery problem due to improper installation by one of the major auto stores.
I called his shop and he said yeah we can remanufacture it and it would probabaly work better than the ones in Auto Zone or similar stores because they were cheaply made.
