I hit a bit of ice this morning at 8:30 am and ended up in a ditch on I-35. I then immediately placed a call for AAA roadside assistance. After waiting for almost 2 hours AAA still hadn't dispatched anyone to me. I called back multiple times and there still was no company assigned to my call and I continued to wait. Luckily, Noah from Dean's Westside Towing stopped by and asked about my sistuation. I told him how long I've been waiting and that I was still hoping AAA would send someone. He offered to get me out right away because of how cold it was ( 10 below) and said we can figure out the reimbursement later. He then promptly got me out with next to no damage to my car!
