Nathan got right to the point, diagnosed the problem correctly and replaced my flex pipe on my 2013 Chevy Traverse.

Went in around 3:45, muffler issue was diagnosed and fixed in about an hour even with it being close to closing.
A technician came out quickly to talk to me about the problem and five minutes later was out there again telling me what they could do.
The lady behind the counter was very nice as well, we talked the entire time I was in there.
