Update: I spoke with Kenny, he is very polite and willing to work to with my request on different shade of tint compared to another high end tint shop that I got tint for.
Kenny walked me through all the nuances of detailing and helped me pick the right package for what I exactly needed.
They did an amazing job and even when my side mirror wasn't quite right, they continued to replace it for free until we finally decided on doing two pieces instead of one so it wouldn't be stretched so much.
Definitely will take all my cars there from now on for everything and you should too
