I was stranded in Scottsdale, and spoke with Omar on the phone and he was super nice and professional. Had a tow truck out to me in 25 mins as promised, as he understood the urgency being a female stranded alone in an unfamiliar place at night. They gave me an awesome rate and the drivers were professional and comforting during a stressful time. High recommend.
