Before I even finished a text, I guess he dropped down from the ceiling, changed my lock, and was gone in seconds.
Thomas from East Portland Locksmith came out to our house several weeks ago and thoroughly rehabilitated all the locks in our house.
Fast, cheap and very friendly workers.
I needed a backup key and key fob and they quickly provided what I needed at a more reasonable cost than other quotes I'd received.
When I walked in they helped me determine that my key fob did not even need to be replaced.
They worked with me to make it right and made it clear that they would go above and beyond to ensure I was happy even with a small dollar purchase.
Thomas did an EXCELLENT job updating our house’s locks, some of which were easily over 100 years old.
Not only was the person fast and very accommodating (they let me leave the store and try out the new manual key and come back) , they also recommend a great lunch spot right afterwards saving me time both to get keys and lunch!
Then a few years later I came here and they were able to get all the the locks the same.
I have had East Portland Locksmith on many of my jobs and projects and would definitely hire again.
