After an unfortunate incident involving plastic bags full of canned goods, and a teenager eager to lend a hand unloading groceries, Joey worked some serious magic to successfully polish out multiple scratches from the bumper of my new BMW.
They also teach you how to wash your car in order to protect/maintain the ceramic coating applied to your car.
As a rule I take my new cars after asking delivery dealer to not wash or otherwise prep car, preferring EAS to perform new car prep.
