I took my car to Erickson's because my heater wasn't working (all cold air). After looking at the car, I received a call from Bill that even though our car was almost 10 years old, this particular problem was covered under a special warranty. He referred us to a dealer who did the repair at no charge. I was immensely impressed with two things: 1) that Bill knew to check for this special, almost secret, warranty, and 2) that he referred us to a free repair somewhere else. A less honest repair shop would have just fixed my problem and charged me for it!

A family business smaller than the large motor car maintenance companies but makes up for it with personality, knowledge, one on one care, and no run rounds.
