100 percent recommend you taking your vw or Audi there over a dealership they do amazing work and know their stuff.
After leaving my car at Audi dealer in Hampton for 4 days, they never came up with a diagnostic and gave me my car back without fixing it.
Prices are very fair/realistic and NOT hugely inflated like at the dealership.
They replaced a vital part to my GTI for a LOT less than the Dealerships around here were quoting me.
They made sure all my problems were squared away and gave me a good quote with everything broken down and explained everything to me without a hassle.
They performed the work fast and per the quote, and they didn't try to upsale me or find mysterious things wrong with my car that wasn't wrong.
