The second time I called on short notice to have my ball joint fixed they were able to get me in Monday morning fix my car and have it back to me the same day!
Sadly, my engine was beyond repair, and replacing it would have exceeded the car's value.
Have taken my daughters Nissan Rogue there now for about a year.
My oil was dirty, which I knew because I had checked it prior to going in.
This is the only place we bring our car for repairs.
Brought my car in for oil change and brakes and although I thought the car would require brake work, they informed me they were fine for another 5K mies.
I highly recommend anyone who's tired of being over charge and who really wants there car/suv etc.
Better than the dealer and charge cheaper and your car is well maintained not worse like in a dealer
