One issue involved pulling out a 12 inch stick underneath the carriage that was lodged near the transmission and tediously power washing/ blasting the cake-dried dirt clods from underneath (a result of Dad's hauling deer over hill and dale out of the woods).
He told me several times during the process that "we want to exceed your expectations".
I've been to several places that will fix you up w/o any communication and when you go to pick up your vehicle, you don't know whether to cry, throw up, or go off on someone for not discussing the extras that were needed.
Great customer service and always willing to go the extra mile!
