I called Michael at Focus and he explained to me that due to my location away from a major interstate, the bid was not high enough.
The icing on the cake is that Focus quoted me $1,000 less than the other service I considered using.
At the last minute though, I decided to go with one of the well reviewed bigger companies for under $900 and set up a pick up date with them.
Incredible service, they maintained routine communications and coordinated each step of the process.
