I write this today because I came in this morning and he quickly diagnosed the issues, told me what was important to fix immediately, openly admitted for one part that “this will look aesthetically nice but you don’t actually need it and it won’t impact the safety or structure of the vehicle” and for another part advised “we can sell you the OEM part but you can also get something just as good online for much less and we’ll install it.
