“ I've been in to Gary's for servicing on my BMW X-5 since my last visit. I brought them a couple of somewhat exotic problems for me to have with a car. First one involved the BMW not starting. Had it towed in only to find mice or a squirrel chewed up a wire needed to start the vehicle. Wiring was repaired and all was well, until recently, when I found 8-10 ounces of water pooled up on the floor liner in the driver's footwell. Turned out I had a plugged sunroof drain line, despite my never having opened the sunroof during the entire time I owned the vehicle. The problem was isolated quickly and fixed just as fast. Also needed new front brakes and rotors. I have been driving since 1967 and have owned 17 different vehicles in that time. I have never had a vehicle repaired as...

Unfortunately, they were not able to repair our muffler, but they did provide a temporary fix on the spot, so that we could drive the vehicle to a muffler shop for repair.
