I was here today and they fixed my ac vents that were not working quickly,
The place was still standing, still doing mechanical repairs
They do not charge you for things you don’t need or try to sell you additional services.
Manager (Mario IIRC) replaced my tire himself since the patch didn't hold - to be fair we had to use "fix a flat" (before we could get it to Gateway) because we had urgent child pickup & couldn't wait for a tow & our stupid car doesn't have a spare - so yeah - fix a flat turns the inside of a tire into a diaper fire and probably doesn't help with tire patching.
The employee was very cordially and helpful...
She's great to talk to and helped the time sitting in the main area go by so fast, which by the way wasn't a long time at all because they got my car in and out very quickly.
I got at the place early in the morning for a oil change.
As a female, it is hard sometimes to navigate car/auto repair places but the manager, assistant manager, and associate at the front desk were helpful the whole time.
Once I made it to the desk, they girl was very professional and knowledgeable.
She worked with my budget and found exactly the tires I was looking for!!!
