Shane, the owner, is amazing! He answered my call right away, had a lower quote than my insurance company was quoting, and was very polite and helpful on the phone. He arrived right when I had scheduled him to come, was very friendly, took the time to point out something needing to be fixed on my car that I hadn't noticed prior, and had my car up on the bed of the truck quickly. He made getting my car towed, which is not something you look forward to, an easy and stress-free experience! If I ever need a tow again I'm calling Get Hooked Towing, no doubt! Highly recommended!
