No razzle- dazzle just straight talk and good workmanship
Excellent customer service,
I came in to get my AC compressor replaced, and Anthony first advised me to first check with the last mechanic who replaced it if the part was still under warranty to see if they can make it right by me (I had just gotten it replaced by a different place in August 2020).
On the AC issue itself, they were really good about troubleshooting and fixing what's really needed, rather than just throwing new parts at it till it seems fixed.
I have personally, when I had to take my vehicle to his shop, seen him working on a vehicle, answering a question from one of his mechanics, & explaining what needed to be done to that vehicle to its owner, all at the same time
Professional, courteous, efficient, family operated establishment serves the local community responsibility and with respect.
They talk me through every repair, letting me know what is urgent and what isn't, and what to look out for before the next visit.
I didn't mind that I had to return after they diagnosed the problem, because I would rather keep my car, instead of it sitting at a shop waiting for a major part to come in.
