We had a few delayed days before the car was ready for pickup, and Angel did an excellent job of communicating and making arrangements with us ahead of time, so they were ready for pickup/delivery, once the car was released.
The process was very smooth and Angel and team worked with us with our volatile schedule moving across country without missing a beat.
One phone call and my car was set to travel cross country.
He immediately took my call and shared a few details (to-from, vehicle, etc) and as promised I received a email & text quote and then confirmed everything by phone.
Less then TWO HOURS later my car was in the hands of Tiffany at High End Transport who assured me once again that it would be shipped quickly and with the utmost care.
Very professional by calling me 24 hours in advance to let me know where he was and texted upon arrival with the car.
