The absolute best place to get your VW fixed. I got at least 3 quotes for a very tricky job that I needed done on our VW. The quotes were everywhere on the map from $250 - $3,500+! As soon as I walked into Hugo's I knew it was the right place. Adrian who runs the front of the shop was knowledgeable and friendly. Rick, the mechanic came out to chat with me about the issue and put my mind at ease about the scope of work and cost. I felt so comfortable. We dropped the car off and they did exactly what they said they would do for the price we were quoted! The place is spotless and even the bathroom is nice! ! The car runs like a dream now and we feel great knowing that we have somewhere that we trust to go to if we need any repairs in the future. Thank you Hugo's!

Boys are on it, job well done
This is a busy shop and it's not always possible to get things done right away, but if they say it will be done by Tuesday at 4pm, you can rely on that being very accurate.
My 01 T5 began running poorly, I noticed the crankcase ventilation hose was torn and oil was pooling on top of the head.
I called once to schedule the oil change (next day was available) and a second time to check if my car was ready and both times the phone was answered promptly and courteously.
They came back with a laundry list of problems , with an estimate well over 10k … thank God i decided to check out Hugo’s for a second opinion.
Excellent in your transmission repairs
Really nice guys, and the service used to be great, but last time I took my two older BM Ws in I asked them to change the oil on both and check for any other work that needed to be done but, unfortunately, they failed to notify me of a number of items that were on the verge of failing on both cars.

Recently, I went in for an oil change just because it was "time" and they told me I didn't need it because I only drove 3600 miles on the car since the last oil change.
