Couldn't ask for better customer service and professionally performed work with a follow up text after the job was complete.
I had Larry message me to see about the work that was done on my Audi a8 & make sure everything was working correctly.
I had called around different places to get my Audi fixed because it was having a coolant leak issue and most places would turn me down because they didn’t work on Audi.
My 2018 Audi was throwing a code for RPM/Coolant malfunction, called Importmasters and they did a diagnostic test on it.
New Beetles--or at least my early 2000's model--have A/C-wiring issues that no one has been able to diagnose, other than Audi & Porsche have higher quality, more resilient wiring over the years than VW, an auto tech once told me, so I haven't used the A/C since.
This is our go-to VW and euro import service center in Kansas City area.
Not only does Importmasters have honest prices but they have great customer communication and give thorough answers to your questions.
We had to have it towed to a dealership but Volkswagen in the Northland held on to it for 2 weeks without even a diag or any communication!!
They were super professional, didn’t try and talk me into extra things, and they made a list of recommended repairs with quotes for when I can get them done.
Over all , they have great customer service , and I feel like the suggestions the mechanics recommend are more than likely accurate !
