Two words sum up Andy's work: HONEST and LEGIT. I brought my car in for a smog check and Andy immediately told me my car would fail because my check engine light was on. Turned out to be a faulty sensor that has nothing to do with emissions but your car won't pass if the light is on (knowledge! ). He didn't even bother with the smog test since he knew it would fail - what other mechanic would do that? Most places would do it and then tell you after the fact, he did not.
