I feel so very fortunate to have found her to service my car after years of terrible service from either the car dealership or other local mechanics who tried to upsell me on service items that I didn't need.
Had a nail in my tire and was able to bring it right in and it fixed in under 30 minutes.
Took the car in to Mary first thing this morning, and 30 minutes later, the tech fixed the problem (there was actually an alignment issue that had to be adjusted, even though the dealer said it was all good).
Support a small, local North Andover business rather than the big corporations and chain stores.
Highly recommended, will be making future appointments here.
Mary (the owner) was very easy to work with and got the job done in a very timely manner.
Lastly, she seems to have a good relationship with her customers which speaks volumes and on at least one day while I was there, she was ordering lunch for her crew.
Was kind of at an awkward intersection to leave but no complaints with the service
I needed all four tires changed and Mary gave me a quote in minutes, scheduled an appointment three days later and when my appointment came around I was in and out same day.
I have gone to Independent Tire twice now in the last several months and both times I have been so impressed.
