I live an hour away, picked up a bolt in the tire and after being refused by TJK Automotive we were about to miss a family members funeral.
These guys are great!
The service waiting area is comfortable, and the time estimate for service provided was spot on.
I've had consistently fair pricing and honest service at my favorite auto repair shop.
I don't live in the area and had never even heard of J&R Auto until I googled "auto repair near me" when I had vehicle issues a couple miles away.
Major or minor repairs and regular maintenance, they will guide you on what’s practical or not worth it … and they only do what is necessary.
I have a 2009 BMW and have been having air conditioning issues and had it looked at by other shops only to be told nothing was wrong and get charged.
They could have told me anything and as a dumb woman who knows nothing about cars and I would have believed them.
I have felt like I'm always on the hunt for a good mechanic, but I'll be sticking with J&R!
