After that I was told that an employee from the other store was coming to the location we were at and they got the new tire mounted balanced while we were at lunch.

They gave me all the info for future repairs to follow up at a Dealership for (suspension issue) Its refreshing to see a shop that doesn't force unwanted repairs on you and instead arm you with the knowledge to advocate for yourself.
