I like this shop so much, I'm posting this almost two years after my original visit because I just realized I forgot to leave a review.
This is where you go for no nonsense and knowing your car repair will be done properly peace of mind.
The only real downside is that you may have to schedule well in advance if they are busy - but it's worth it as you know that they aren't going to try to rip you off.
Sometime before my first appointment it became obvious to me that I was instead going to buy a newer vehicle and I asked David to look at doing the repairs to the vehicle to get it ready to sell after I had bought my newer 4 Runner.
If anyone who owns a Japanese vehicle in the area wants an outstanding and reputable shop who stands by their product, look no further than Japanese Auto Specialist.

Does really good and knows his Asian cars even better then toyota and probably there engineers.
I did give him a hard time about how long it was taking - but ultimately I am very happy that he took his time and did it right - and I'm sorry I complained at all.
