Really good company driver OS app is solid, I left after waiting 2 weeks to lease, did the app after 90 days and didn't hear anything, no answers, but the freight and equipment is A1 they don't harass you at all, but it's for the experience drivers, communication could be a lil better but like I said it's for the experience, yes I would recommend.
I stayed at a company for years before I came to this company and now I made this company my new home and I think all the big positions people know of me im a owner operator for the I love my Dispatcher the only negative thing I have to say is the Dispatcher does all the work and it's hard getting different departments to answer the phone but that's little problem at times.
If something happens to the truck they fix it for instance my truck had a def issue in Tennessee and Kenworth said it'd be 3 months before the part came in JLE overnighter the part and got me back on the road.
Everyone was super helpful and in a good mood.
