Its a nuisance to have someone damage your car unexpectedly, however Jock White's customer service and precise repair work made my experience so much better.
I don't blame any of this on Jock but think it's worth mentioning because even with these delays, he managed the process efficiently as well as our expectations.

What I most appreciated was the personal effort and thought that went into diagnosing and repairing/adjusting the falcon wing rear doors of my Tesla that were misaligned and not opening and closing properly.
Mike the shop manager was very informative and explained everything and how long the job would take.
They are highly recommended because they do the best repair you'll ever get and you will be very satisfied with the results they provide.
Very seemless process and they have much better turn around and lead times than Tesla's shop in Charlotte, plus no drive if you're in the SC Upstate.
