Additional perks were the beautiful, sweet dogs that kept me company, and a very nice lady who works there who chatted with me about dogs while I waited for my car to be ready.

Being it was an older car he went over all the recommendations in a priority order.
You always hear stories of a shop that will take advantage of a traveller that has no other options, but that was definitely not the case here with Joe.
