John does very good work and works his ass off to try to accommodate everyone that stops in. He treats everyone nice and goes out of his way to try help people out in a pinch. Most importantly to the person who seriously left him a 4 star out of 5 but was happy with their service, that was inconsiderate. Especially for how john goes out of his way to help he everyone. If i was john id be on fire that my Google rating was dropped down due to one 4 star review. Google ratings are not for collecting points by rating every possible place and their mother, they are peoples businesses that they depend on for bringing in new clients, especially for small family ran businesses! !! Anything less then 5 star can impact someones decision to call. 3 and 4 stars should be left if there were slight...
