Jordan's and their staff have earned my business for every vehicle that I own as long as I am in the area. I brought my wife's van in for some new tires and to look at a lock actuator that was making noise. They had those issues fixed right away, and also provided me some options for some other issues that I was not aware of. Normally I'm not a fan of feeling like I'm being upsold, but these additional items were not like that at all. Necessary repairs that would have quickly caused me a much larger problem. Upon picking up the van, I noticed that the automatic sliding door was no longer fully latching when it was closed using the automatic feature. The staff did not hesitate at all and immediately said, "It happened in our shop, so we will fix it. " This issue proved very difficult...
