He took the time to explain what was wrong with my brakes & rotors once we went to pick up the car and even alerted us to a recall from 2018.
He went out of his way to find discontinued parts for my older model Jeep and even took the extra effort to drop my car off at my house so I didn't have to call a rideshare.
I was able to drop my car off in the morning with little notice, and picked it up in the afternoon.
