After separate visits to 3 different RAM dealerships in the Glen Burnie, Annapolis and Bowie areas, I got my truck back in worse condition than it started.
I need my work truck back on the road as fast as possible.
Hard to find a trustworthy place to work on your vehicles to start with.

Firestone called at 6pm to inform us that not only would we need a new battery but we would also need new battery cables that would cost $900 total plus a weeks wait on the parts.
They are very friendly people at this location including the owner who attempted to correct any issues that might have caused the truck to fail after servicing.
