My family has been going to Kuhnel's and Jay for years. This was my first time as a customer. From the beginning my experience was fantastic, they got my vehicle right in, and drop off was easy. After the shop looked at my vehicle, I was sent a vehicle report via text which discussed the current condition of my vehicle. I was able to talk directly to the owner who walked me through my options, all done in a no pressure manner. (I pretty much knew what the issues were before I went in, and there were no surprises) Knowing that I needed my car back asap, they were able to complete all the work in one day. Pick up was painless. Kuhnel's is great. Great people, great knowledge, great customer service! Thank you Team Kuhnel!
