Lakeland Automall, Hyundai and the Body Shop will truly go above and beyond for their customers. Over the past few months and especially the past week, every interaction with their employees has been professional and incredibly helpful. The body shop was able to promptly deliver service and repair to my vehicle after a fender bender in a parking lot. The manager Mike stayed in constant contact with me every step of the way and made sure that everything went as planned. I highly recommend this business!

I came in for a quote to get my bumper put back in place and as soon as he saw my car, he said give me one second, went inside and came out and put my bumper right back in place.
Very impressed with everything about Lakeland Body Shop.
They had my car for a total of 5 weeks and during the first 4 weeks I did not receive 1 phone call during that time to let me know they had found additional damage, that my car wouldn’t be ready when I was told, or that they ordered a more expensive part that the insurance didn’t approve or that I would be responsible for the price difference which ended up being $678 after they gave me a “discount”

So I was originally supposed to go to a different body shop that had very poor customer service and couldn’t even give me an address to their shop that handles progressive claims.
Excellent service and work performed, and they even took out a ding unrelated to the accident and it looks brand new!
