They are the nicest, efficient, respectful, clean place Ive ever used for all 3 of my cars and their work is amazing.
I highly recommend using Lents over any other shop in town which is why I took my cat to them specifically.

They replaced the side window on the work van once they finally found the right one for a 2001 express van with the flip open window.
I don’t know any other place that would treat me with respect after getting upset about my own mistake and I am not ashamed to say I was more than rude.
I can tell Jim truly cares about people and is not the type of mechanic to get over on you; he is fair and goes above and beyond for his customer.
