I eventually changed the filter myself and found out they didn't put back the filter cover correctly.

These guys do a great job every time!!
Norm and Carlton are superb to work with and they treat me and my vehicles fantastically.
He then asked for my car insurance slip, which felt funny because he's not a cop, and he said my insurance covers 9 chip fill-ins a year so he got out a handy dandy device to fix it and within ten minutes it was done!
They make sure you know if there is anything that should be fixed, but do not pressure you to do it.
After breakfast my lovely server Elise told me this was the place to go and I drove 18 minutes on her recommendation.
