I had a 60,000 mile service done on my Transit Connect and Charles was kind and attentive from the scheduling all the way to a couple days after the service was completed.
Every time they work on our cars, they exceed our expectations for quality work, information about what and they did and why, and for courtesy.
He listened carefully, agreed with me as to what the issues were, sincerely apologized, and offered to "make it right" if I was willing to give them another try.
Great customer service and they were also able to quickly diagnose and fix an issue with my car that left other shops confused.
He will highlight what the car may need to run better and make suggestions, but will never force anything onto his customers.
We also get random coupons through the mail which help and are much appreciated too!
