Ronnie was a big help in diagnosing the problem even though my battery charger told me both batteries were fully charged & holding power upon inspection found that they were not holding power & recommended replacing both batteries & made sure the alternator was charging & scanned for any other codes very thorough & professional.
I was stranded in a Kroger parking lot, he came out and determined the connecting wire to my starter was hanging loose along with a couple other issues and he successfully got it to start in an hour or less.
