It was a pleasure meeting Herbert who was very knowledgeable, has a great personality, and is very kind.
My family only has one car, so when we had to get it repaired we had no transportation to get back home.
He purchased the part and had it fixed before the end of day.
These are very honest and they want to provide the best value of any shop I have used.

They are fare, knowledgeable, upfront/honest, and do those little extra things that really make you want to come back (last time while I was there for something else they cleaned up my headlight for me when I mentioned I might want new ones to show me I might not need them!
What I really appreciate his service about is that he went extra to fix my dents without additional charges after my regular car maintenance unlike many other auto shops who could charge me a lot.
I also enjoyed that they gave a full breakdown of the costs of everything before the work would be done!
I only take my vehicles to Master Tech.
